1) All our rooms (Psarou building and Gerakari building) have access from open air corridors.

2) We have installed at all rooms ceiling fans (for your health we deactivated all the A/Cs units, you can use them only UPON

REQUEST).

3) The rooms are part of 2 very small facilities (Psarou building:12 studios with a maximum capacity of 36 guests, Gerakari

building:14 studios-apartments with a maximum capacity of 44 guests).

4) All rooms at both buildings are surrounded from big green gardens and the common areas are spacious enough.

5) The buildings are situated in 2 very small villages (Meson Gerakari-Kipseli village and Psarou village) which are visited mostly

by locals and a few tourists, the nearest rent room facility from Gerakari building is in a distance of 100 meters & the nearest rent

room facility from Psarou building is in a distance of 100 meters. Both buildings are situated at a natural environment and the

nearest beaches are never overcrowded (Gerakari beach and Psarou beach).
