Our team consists of a retreated teacher - Voula, a professor of Muay Thai martial art and sculptor - Angelo, a videographer

and actor - Theodore, our romanian translator- Zafeiris, the owner and manager of the property - Spiros, and our lovely

cleaning lady - Maria. Guest star, Razell, our Jack russell dog. We have a very strong connection with Romanian and east

Europe culture (Zafeiris studied odontology at Timisoara) and French culture (Theodore studied visual arts, theatre and

cinema at Paris). Due to our multidiscipline team we can understand, manage and host::

Building of Gerakari Thalassa Studios

The building of Gerakari Thalassa Studios is surrounded by a 6000 sq.m2 garden

Inside the property and at the common areas you can find:

• Free parking area

• Front garden with vegetables and olive trees

• Back garden with grass, banana trees, olive, mulberry, plum, fig and lemon trees

• A small farm with two ponies

• Barbecue area of 100 sq. meters (outdoor dining area) with tables and chairs

The building of Gerakari Thalassa Studios consists of 14 self catering studios and apartments in total and can accommodate

34 to 42 persons.

Ground floor studios and apartments offer garden view while those of the first and second floor offer sea view. The rooms are

located at Gerakari village, in a distance of 150 meters from the sea. The beach is pebbled and awarded with a blue flag.

Building of Psarou Thalassa Studios

The building of Psarou Thalassa Studios consists of 12 self catering studios in total and can accommodate 24 to 36 persons.

The studios are seafront (2 meters from the beach), the beach is sandy and safe for small children (no big waves or deep

waters). All the rooms (including those of the ground floor) offer amazing sea-view. We guarantee that you will see some of

the best sunrises and sunsets in Zante island.

Inside the property and at the common areas you can find:

• Garden of 300 sq. meters with grass, banana trees and tamarisk trees

• Barbecue area of 70 sq. meters (outdoor dining area) with tables and chairs

• Free sunbeds for the beach

• The property is gated and pet friendly (pets upon request)
